About Us
The Greater Milwaukee chapter of ASIS offers its members a great place to connect with other security professionals through the following events:
- CHAPTER MEETINGS - Chapter meetings cover various security related topics including law enforcement, risk management, loss prevention, homeland security and other relevant issues
- ANNUAL CHAPTER GOLF TOURNAMENT - Every year we sponsor a golf tournament to help raise money to support our chapter.
- ANNUAL CONVENTION - Many of our members participate in the annual week-long convention help by ASIS International. This is a great chance to participate in seminars, network with other security professionals, and to stay current with trends and new products. The 2011 convention will be held in Orlando, Florida on September 19th - 21st.
- NETWORKING EVENTS - One such event is the Annual Law Enforcement (Public/Private) Partnership Luncheon, that brings together local law enforcement leaders to meet with chapter members. Other networking events the chapter holds are, timely informational seminars and an annual holiday party.
Annual Dues
Payment of the dues to the local chapter provides access to monthly chapter meetings with guest speakers, certification resources, access to special events and many other benefits.
In order to be a member of the Greater Milwaukee ASIS Chapter 53, you must be a member of (and in good standing) with ASIS International. Your membership will be validated before membership with the local chapter is accepted.
For 2011 Local Chapter Dues ($10.00) are waived.
